Warranty Policy

At Vortex Haus, we are committed to delivering high-performance products built to last. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the TURBO JET DOUBLE-BLOW™ v2.0, valid from the date of original purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. Examples of covered issues include:

  • Motor failure not caused by user damage
  • Defective battery port (if not tampered with)
  • Internal electrical faults
  • Structural defects not caused by impact or misuse
  • Visible or functional manufacturing defects identified upon receiving the product

If a valid defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (including drops, water exposure, or incorrect usage)
  • Modifications, disassembly, or attempted repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage or wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from incompatible batteries or accessories not recommended by Vortex Haus
  • Damage incurred during shipping or transportation. While we carefully inspect and package every unit before dispatch, any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
  • Broken or chipped blades resulting from impact with rocks, screws, or other debris due to improper use or unsafe operating environments

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service:

  1. Email us at info@vortexhaus.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Include a clear explanation of the issue along with supporting photos or video evidence.
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Final determination of warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of Vortex Haus.
