What is VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty?
VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty is an optional add‑on you can purchase with your VortexHaus Original Blower. It gives you one free replacement blower per covered unit if it ever fails or breaks under normal household / workshop use, for as long as you own it (up to 10 years from the purchase date).
What’s covered
- Internal failures of the blower (motor, electronics, trigger, fan, housing) under normal household / workshop use
- Defects that show up after the standard warranty period
- Accidental damage from normal household / workshop use (drops, bumps, etc.)
What’s not covered
- Loss or theft
- Intentional abuse or destruction
- Damage from using non‑compatible or modified batteries
- Commercial rental use or industrial use outside normal household / workshop environments
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function (scratches, scuffs)
How many replacements do I get?
- VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty covers one replacement blower for each covered unit on your original order.
- After we send your replacement, coverage for that specific unit is considered fulfilled.
How long does it last?
- Coverage lasts for as long as you own your original blower, up to a maximum of 10 years from the purchase date.
- Coverage is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
How to claim
- Email our support team at info@vortexhaus.com with your order number and a short description of what happened.
- We may ask for a quick photo or video so our engineers can log the issue.
- Once approved, we ship your replacement unit at no additional product cost. Standard shipping terms may apply.
Do I need to return the old unit?
- In most cases, no – we’ll either ask you to safely dispose of it or include it in a recycling program if available.
- In rare cases, we may request the old unit back for engineering analysis. If so, we’ll cover return shipping.
Important notes
- VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty customers receive priority support: your warranty emails are tagged and handled ahead of general inquiries, with a target response time of 24 business hours.
- VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty must be purchased at the same time as your blower order to be valid.
- Coverage is tied to the specific units on your original order and cannot be moved to other products or future orders.
- We reserve the right to deny or cancel coverage in cases of clear abuse or fraud.
